Необходимость ускоренного инновационного развития строительных предприятий в условиях высокого уровня неопределенности внешней среды и постоянно реализуемых организационно-экономических изменений обусловливает создание новых научно-методических основ стратегического планирования инновационной деятельности на базе методологии системно-сетевого подхода.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Ускоренное создание и внедрение инноваций, необходимое для достижения целей технологического суверенитета, исходя из анализа статистических данных, выводов исследователей и оценки передового зарубежного опыта, осуществляется в рамках сетевого инновационного процесса при взаимодействии множества различных предприятий и организаций по поводу создания новой ценности строительной продукции для потребителей (инновации ценности) на основе долгосрочных общеэкономических и отраслевых трендов, задаваемых форсайт-прогнозом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Обоснована целесообразность применения системно-сетевого подхода при построении инновационной стратегии строительных предприятий, исходя из сетевого характера взаимодействий участников инновационной деятельности в строительстве. В результате когнитивного анализа и моделирования основных показателей инновационной деятельности выявлены драйверы инновационного развития строительного предприятия, в числе которых — развитие стратегических партнерств и кооперационных связей в инновационно-инвестиционной сети.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Предложена методика оптимизации сетевых инновационных взаимодействий, в результате практического применения которой повышается эффективность и скорость диффузии инноваций при создании «точек инновационного роста».</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The need for accelerated innovative development of construction enterprises in conditions of a high level of uncertainty in the external environment and constantly implemented organizational and economic changes determines the creation of new scientific and methodological foundations for strategic planning of innovative activities based on the methodology of the system-network approach.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Accelerated creation and implementation of innovations necessary to achieve the goals of technological sovereignty, based on the analysis of statistical data, research findings and assessment of advanced foreign experience, is carried out within the framework of a network innovation process with the interaction of many different enterprises and organizations regarding the creation of new construction value products for consumers (value innovation) based on long-term general economic and industry trends set by foresight forecast.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The paper substantiates the feasibility of using a system-network approach when building an innovative strategy for construction enterprises, based on the network nature of interactions between participants in innovative activities in construction. As a result of cognitive analysis and modelling of the main indicators of innovation activity, the drivers of innovative development of a construction enterprise were identified, including the development of strategic partnerships and cooperation links in the innovation and investment network.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
