Современные BIM-модели включают в себя обширный объем данных, охватывающих не только геометрические характеристики, но и наполненность атрибутивной информацией. Эти аспекты зачастую недоступны для многих участников процесса, и неопределенность в их понимании делает данные, собранные в ТИМ-моделях, малоэффективными. В таких случаях визуализация сведений ТИМ-модели становится ключевым стимулом для более осознанного моделирования, способствуя эффективному принятию решений и улучшению операционных процессов в строительных проектах.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Материалом исследования являются подготовленные цифровые информационные модели (ЦИМ) здания, база данных с информацией о корпусах и ссылками на фотофиксацию помещений кампуса университета. Для определения возможности реализации различных сценариев применения цифрового актива используется метод математического анализа. Этот метод позволяет рассчитать показатель информационной насыщенности данных, который необходим для принятия решения о возможности реализации того или иного сценария. Контролируемые параметры, представленные в математической модели, могут обладать различной степенью важности при формировании окончательной оценки. Для определения влияния вспомогательных параметров на итоговую оценку применяется метод экспертных оценок. Метод заключается в приписывании баллов по шкале от 1 до 10 в зависимости от значимости параметра.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Разработана методика аудита наполнения модели атрибутивной информацией для актуальных сценариев использования ЦИМ на этапе эксплуатации. Выполнен сравнительный анализ проверки данных предлагаемой математической моделью и средствами BI. Результат анализа показал преимущества визуальной проверки в возможности комплексного анализа цифрового актива, включающего сведения различных типов.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Методика проверки ЦИМ в целях реализации сценариев использования позволяет оценить, возможна ли реализация сценария применения для конкретной модели. При необходимости расширения набора информации о проекте, получения возможности для аналитики и решения задач в строительной отрасли используются отчеты Power BI. Тандем BIM-моделирования и системы BI способствует повышению эффективности в сокращении затрат и соблюдении сроков, а также открывает возможности внедрения машинного обучения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Modern BIM models include a vast amount of data, covering not only geometric characteristics, but also full attribute information. These aspects are often inaccessible to many participants in the process, and the uncertainty in their understanding makes the data collected in TIM models ineffective. In such cases, visualization of TIM model data becomes a key stimulus for more informed modelling, contributing to better decision making and improved operational processes in construction projects.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The research material is prepared digital information models of the building, a database with information about the buildings and links to photographic recordings of the university campus premises. To determine the possibility of implementing various scenarios for using a digital asset, a mathematical analysis method is used. This method allows you to calculate the information richness of data, which is necessary to make a decision about the possibility of implementing a particular scenario. The controlled parameters presented in the mathematical model may have varying degrees of importance when forming the final assessment. To determine the influence of auxiliary parameters on the final assessment, the method of expert assessments is used. The method consists of assigning points to each parameter by each expert on a scale from 1 to 10 depending on its importance.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A methodology of auditing the filling of the model with attribute information for current scenarios for using DIM at the operational stage is developed. A comparative analysis of data verification using the proposed mathematical model and BI tools was performed. The result of the analysis showed the advantages of visual inspection in the possibility of a comprehensive analysis of a digital asset, including data of various types.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The methodology for checking an information model in order to implement use scenarios allows you to assess whether it is possible to implement a use scenario for a specific model. When it is necessary to expand the set of information about a project, gain the ability to analyze and solve problems in the construction industry, Power BI reports are used.
