Abstract
Introduction. The paper notes the relevance of the concept of a deterministic model of organizational and technological reliability of construction (DM OTR) for the development and exploration of the Arctic region in Russia. The methods of developing the DM of OTR are presented. Including engineering formulations of definitions of key concepts, the goals of developing the DM of OTR, the application of the method of describing organizational and technological reliability (OTR) from the standpoint of the general theory of systems is shown, the DM of OTR is structured into mathematical and engineering parts, the connection of the DM of OTR with information technologies is considered.
Materials and methods. When describing the OTR as a system, its influence on the result of the construction period of the investment project is clearly shown. The engineering part of the DM OTR is described as a method of coordinating the performers of the organization and management of construction production in solving technologically and organizationally related tasks of performing technical processes in the design marks of a capital construction project and their resource provision. The practical basis of the engineering part of the DM OTR in the article is the standard scheme of coordination of performers, algorithmically connected with the mathematical part of the DM OTR.
Results. Results of the research carried out within the framework of the article are presented in the form of a system of symbolic expressions of the characteristics of the OTR system, an analysis of the properties of special spherical functions of higher mathematical analysis in relation to the topic of the article, in the form of a table of the staffing scheme for coordinating the solution of production problems the corresponding simulation model of the functioning of the engineering part of the DM OTR, in turn parametrically connected with the mathematical part of the model, as well as in the form of a comparison table of the operational characteristics of various platforms for the development of special software and communication support for the functioning of the DM OTR.
Conclusions. Conclusions were made that the use of DM OTR will allow for timely prediction and elimination of unfavorable production trends. The development of the DM OTR is promising, with a medium-term duration, complex, carried out by specialists of various specialties: technology of construction of buildings and structures, organization of construction production, management of construction production, management of production activities of the enterprise, as well as IT specialists.
