Стабилизация термоаккумулирующего материала углеродным носителем в составе высокопрочного легкого бетона

Аннотация
Введение. Цель исследования — разработка инновационного строительного материала с пассивной терморегуляцией на основе высокопрочного легкого бетона на полых микросферах с применением термоаккумулирующих материалов (ТАМ), стабилизированных в углеродном носителе (активированных углях). Исследователями решена задача обеспечения функционирования ТАМ в среде с низкой теплопроводностью (в высокопрочном легком бетоне D1400) при сохранении прочностных свойств.
Материалы и методы. Применялся высокопрочный легкий бетон плотностью 1400 кг/м3 на полых алюмосиликатных микросферах. В качестве ТАМ использовались кокосовое масло и полиэтиленгликоль (ПЭГ) 600. Стабилизация ТАМ проводилась в углеродных носителях — активированных углях трех марок УГ1, УГ2 и УГ3.
Результаты. Сорбционная способность исследуемых активированных углей составила 80 % для ПЭГ и 50 % для кокосового масла. Плотность образцов снизилась до 1320–1390 кг/м3 при концентрациях до 2,5 %, при этом теплопроводность образцов с УГ2 и УГ3 увеличилась до 0,58–0,60 Вт/(м·K). Также использование УГ2 + ПЭГ, УГ2 + масло и УГ3 + ПЭГ позволяет сохранить физико-механические характеристики бетона — прочность при изгибе и сжатии — более 4,3 и 41,8 МПа соответственно.
Выводы. Применение УГ2 для стабилизации кокосового масла и ПЭГ, а также УГ3 для стабилизации ПЭГ в концентрациях до 2,5 % обеспечивает эффективную работу ТАМ в среде с низкой теплопроводностью (легком бетоне), позволяет сорбировать до 80 % ПЭГ и до 50 % кокосового масла, что значительно превышает сорбирующие способности широко распространенных носителей для ТАМ. Также одним из основных преимуществ выбранных носителей является сохранение высоких значений прочности легкого бетона при изгибе и сжатии.
