As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
The materials should be prepared in a format Microsoft Word.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

Information about authors
In accordance with Art. 6. Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, during the period from the moment of concluding an agreement under a contract (public offer) granting the right to use the work in the periodical printed publication “Vestnik MGSU” and until the termination of the obligations of the parties, the author expresses consent to the processing by the publisher (National Research University MGSU) of the following personal data of the author: last name, first name, patronymic; email addresses; contact phone numbers; information about places of work.
Information about the authors (last name, first name, patronymic, name of the affiliated organization, address of the organization, email address for connecting readers with the author), provided by them for publication in the journal, becomes available to an indefinite number of persons, to which the authors give written consent by the fact of submitting the article in editor. The publication of this information is carried out in the interests of the authors in order to fully and correctly take into account publications and their citation by the relevant bibliographic organizations and to ensure the possibility of contacts between the authors and the scientific community.
Personal information provided by authors to the journal in addition to the information listed above, including additional email addresses and telephone numbers, will be used solely for contact between the editorial staff and the authors in the process of preparing the article for publication. The editorial board undertakes not to transfer this personal information to third parties who may use it for other purposes.
Review
Reviews are conducted confidentially. The author is not informed of the name of the reviewer. The editors of the journal ensure control over compliance with this condition. Reviewers adhere to confidentiality - they undertake not to disclose information about the submitted manuscript to anyone other than the editor. Reviewers maintain the confidentiality of the materials provided to them and do not discuss unpublished manuscripts with colleagues or use the information contained in them in their work. If a reviewer wishes to delegate the review of an article to a colleague, he or she must obtain prior permission from the editor.
Editors
The editors in all cases protect the confidentiality of individual information obtained during research and other professional activities, and do not disclose the contents of articles before publication to anyone other than the staff and the reviewer who has agreed to evaluate the manuscript.
The editors do not communicate the status of the material in the journal to anyone except the authors.
